REPORT FORMAT

Every property is unique and boasts distinctive value-adding characteristics. This is depicted in our reports, as we customise each report to address the requests and requirements of our clients. Each report is succinctly written and provides commentary on relevant market factors, comparable sales and relevant property features.

There are three generic reporting formats:

Property Pro –	A condensed three page report generally favoured by financial institutions for residential stamp duty and mortgage purposes.
Long form –	A comprehensive report closely detailing the subject property. Mostly used for commercial, industrial and retail properties.
Bespoke –	The format, length and detail of this type of report depend on the special needs of the property. Used for top-end residential properties and complex commercial, industrial and retail premises which have special uses.
